WesleyCare Sinnamon Village offers a contemporary lifestyle amongst an inclusive and supportive SDA community. Situated in close proximity to the Fulton Health & Wellbeing centre, residents will have access during allied health appointments to a well-resourced fitness centre and a hydrotherapy pool.
Each of our private one-bedroom disability apartments is designed to support residents with high physical support needs and offer in home care and supports. This SDA home is ideal for those with significant physical impairments or high support needs.

FAQs
To be eligible to live at WesleyCare Sinnamon Village, you will need NDIS funding that aligns with this specific housing and support model. This includes Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding for a High Physical Support apartment, designed for one resident in a one-bedroom setting.
You will also require Core Supports or Home and Living funding to access Supported Independent Living (SIL) depending on your individual needs.
We can also support people with alternative funding arrangements, such as the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) or the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ).
WesleyCare Sinnamon Village provides 24/7 support, including shared supports at a 1:3 ratio and active overnight assistance. Our support team includes qualified Disability Support Workers (Cert III) and on-site nursing staff, enabling us to provide high-quality support for participants with complex and high-intensity needs.
In addition, participants are supported to engage in community activities and can access allied health services and hydrotherapy facilities on-site to support their health, wellbeing, and independence.
Yes. Our service combines SDA and SIL supports within a single, integrated model. Residents living in our SDA homes also receive SIL supports delivered by our team under a separate agreement, helping to ensure consistent support, clear communication, and a coordinated approach to care.
By coordinating both your housing and daily supports, we ensure your needs are met in a responsive and seamless way. We will always explain your options and any potential conflicts of interest so you can make an informed decision.
